By accessing or using the Inspira Ranch website (inspiraranch.us), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use this website. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
This website is provided for informational purposes and to facilitate event inquiries. You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to transmit spam, harmful content, or any material that violates applicable law.
Submitting a contact or booking inquiry through this website does not constitute a confirmed reservation. All event bookings are subject to a separate written contract signed by both parties. No event date is held or reserved until a signed agreement and any required deposit are received by Inspira Ranch.
Specific cancellation policies, payment schedules, and event terms are detailed in the individual event contract and may vary by your selections and date.
All content on this website — including text, photographs, graphics, logos, and design — is the property of Inspira Ranch or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any site content without our prior written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Inspira Ranch and its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of this website or any information obtained through it. The information on this site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind.
Our total liability to you for any claim related to this website shall not exceed the amount, if any, you have paid to Inspira Ranch in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Inspira Ranch makes no representations or warranties that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the website at any time without notice.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Polk County, Texas.
Inspira Ranch is owned by BSM Legatum Properties LLC and operated by Inspira Properties LLC d/b/a Inspira Ranch (together, the "Organizers"). Konfronta LLC is not a party to and is not involved in Inspira Ranch venue rentals or lodging bookings.Inspira Ranch es propiedad de BSM Legatum Properties LLC y operado por Inspira Properties LLC d/b/a Inspira Ranch (en conjunto, los "Organizadores"). Inspira Ranch is a rural 14-acre property. Guests voluntarily assume the risks inherent to the property under Texas law, including the Texas Equine Activity Liability Act (Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code §87.001 et seq.) and the Texas Recreational Use Statute (§75.001 et seq.) — including wildlife, contact with horses and other ranch animals and their inherent unpredictable behavior, outdoor terrain and features (fire pits, unlit trails, gazebos, pool, jacuzzi, and ponds), and East Texas weather. To the fullest extent permitted by Texas law, guests release the Organizers and their staff, agents, and contractors from claims for injury, death, or damage arising from the booking or stay, including ordinary negligence; this does not cover willful misconduct or gross negligence. Guests booking through the online builder agree to the complete Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims and Assumption of Risk Agreement at checkout.Inspira Ranch es una propiedad rural de 14 acres. Lodging in the Main House (Casa Principal) or the Barndominium is temporary for the booked dates only and creates no tenancy under Title 8 of the Texas Property Code. Occupancy may not exceed authorized capacity (up to 8 per unit); the pool, jacuzzi, and play area are used at guests' own risk with no lifeguard and adult supervision of minors required; no smoking inside units; no pets without prior written authorization; and quiet hours are 11:30 PM to 7:00 AM. Lodging check-in is 3:00 PM and checkout is 11:00 AM; on event dates, access is from 9:00 AM with the property vacated by 1:00 AM. A refundable $300 damage deposit applies to lodging and Event Hall bookings, refunded within 5 business days after checkout less documented damage or extraordinary cleaning. Guests are financially responsible for damage, loss, or theft beyond normal wear and authorize charges for repair or replacement at market value plus any extraordinary cleaning.El hospedaje en la Casa Principal o el Barndominium es temporal solo por las fechas reservadas y no crea relación de arrendamiento bajo el Título 8 del Texas Property Code. La ocupación no excederá la capacidad autorizada (hasta 8 por unidad); la alberca, el jacuzzi y el área infantil se usan bajo riesgo propio, sin salvavidas y con supervisión de un adulto para los menores; no se fuma dentro de las unidades; no se admiten mascotas sin autorización escrita previa; y el descanso es de 11:30 PM a 7:00 AM. El check-in de hospedaje es a las 3:00 PM y la salida a las 11:00 AM; en fechas de evento, el acceso es desde las 9:00 AM y la propiedad debe desocuparse a la 1:00 AM. Un depósito de daños reembolsable de $300 aplica a hospedaje y Salón de Eventos, reembolsado dentro de 5 días hábiles tras la salida menos daños documentados o limpieza extraordinaria. Bookings that include the Event Hall, made 60 or more days before the event, pay a 30% retainer at signing (non-refundable — it locks your date) with the remaining 70% balance automatically charged to the card on file 60 days before the event. Bookings made within 60 days of the event, and any booking that does not include the Event Hall, are charged 100% up front at checkout. Cancellation is permitted at any time before the 70% balance is charged; the 30% retainer is never refunded. A separate $400 non-refundable security charge applies to Full Event Hall bookings only, covering the mandatory on-site peace/security officer described above.Las reservas que incluyen el Salón de Eventos, hechas con 60 días o más de anticipación, pagan un anticipo del 30% al firmar (no reembolsable — asegura tu fecha), y el 70% restante se cobra automáticamente a la tarjeta registrada 60 días antes del evento. An on-site employee resides on the property solely for security, groundskeeping, and maintenance. The employee and their residence are strictly off-limits — please do not seek out or contact the caretaker directly. For a medical emergency, fire, or immediate security threat, call 911. For any property or facility issue, text the main Inspira Ranch line at +1 (832) 451-5923; management monitors this line and dispatches the caretaker as needed.Un empleado reside en la propiedad únicamente para seguridad, jardinería y mantenimiento.
